Owen is a very calm, collected and relaxed individual. If you met him, you'd never believe that he leads a double life working with one of the most organized criminal organizations in Northern America. He is approachable, sociable and out-going and is always up for a party. He doesn't mess around with drugs and only drinks during celebrations. Even though celebrations happen every week, that doesn't mean he has an alcohol problem, right? If you befriend him, it doesn't matter who you are, you must be aware that his job is important to him and if he thinks for a second that you are trying to become more important, he will flip out and kick you to the curb. He has a soft spot for the people he spends his time with when he isn't at the Versace, but he knows that he can't get too close because it could lead to complications with his job. He doesn't resent his job, but he does feel that, at times, it can hinder his chances at finding someone to love. If you consider him an enemy, then you are done for. He has no problem in having you taken out. His friends at work just so happen to be a mixture of serial killers and arsonists. He also has a handful of friends that are very light-fingered and if he sees that you have something that he would want, he will be quite happy to send them out to retrieve said object. Owen is not a wise choice if you want to make an enemy. From a young age, Owen had always been a little bit of a rebel. He was always getting into trouble at kindergarten and elementary school for deviant behavior and even at home, he was never the nicest of children. Of course, that didn't give his parents anything to worry about. Children were always difficult to start out with. Of course, they didn't know that Owen wasn't going to end up being the person they hoped he would be. By his teen years, he had been arrested twice for petty crimes such as vandalism and criminal damage, after pouring small amounts of lighter fluid on the floor of the gymnasium at his high school, spelling out the words "fuck education" and then setting it alight, along with other instances of minor arson. As Owen had controlled where the fluid fell, the words were burned into the floor and unable to be removed. His ability to do this came with his eagerness to excel in only one subject; Science. After being released from prison for the third time, he decided to study law as well. After graduation, Owen got accepted into W-FIU on a scholarship for Government Law and Pyrotechnics. He majored in both subjects and recieved a PhD in Government Law. He is one of the youngest lawyers in Northern America and often drops the title of "Dr." as he doesn't want to appear too professional. Once graduated from university, he began experimenting with his Pyrotechnics in the local research laboratory. This soon sprouted out into illegal publicity stunts which aroused the attention of two groups; the police and a secret criminal society. Being less inclined to be caught by the police, he began to lay low, but the society were still able to find him and approached him with an offer of leading the arsonists in many pre-planned attacks on the public. It was not their job to cause harm, just to send warnings, and the pay was great. Agreeing to this, he began working with the society under the ironic codename of pisces and became one of the four heads of the organization along with the leader of the society's group of serial killers, the leader of the theives group and the leader of the entire society. He has now been working there for two years and they are very close to taking control of the entire city of Miami Beach. |
